Life is so good!πŸ’•

Hello everyone!!

Another great week in VA beach! Today for Veterans day some senior missionaries are taking us to see the Nauticus museum in Norfolk and the USS Wisconsin ship! It should be super fun! :)

EXCHANGE #1
We had exchanges this week with the Princess Anne Sisters, Sister Hauver and Sister Lawton! They are the most faith filled companionship I have ever seen!! They are doing such an amazing job and seeing so many miracles! For this exchange I was with Sister Lawton. This is her first transfer and she is from Southern Utah. She is an incredible missionary! She taught me SO much!! We had a full day of lessons and she was born to be a teacher! We had a super fun day!

EXCHANGE #2
We had another exchange this week with the First landing Sisters, Sister Calvin and Sister Shipley. They are both amazing missionaries as well! I was with Sister Shipley for the day and she is the cutest thing ever! We were laughing all day! We had an awesome day! Honestly SO many miracles! Here is one cool miracle from the day: So they recieved a referral for this lady named Kanisha like 5 months ago. They have been trying to find her since then. The phone number they had for her was invalid and the address wasn't a full address. We made a goal to find Kanisha! We went to the apartment complex that she lived in and started knocking on some random doors asking if anyone knew her. We were on the second floor and I saw someone walk in downstairs. I looked over the railing and asked this lady if she knew Kanisha. She looked at me weird and said that was her! 5 months later we finally found her! We gave her a Bible and a Book of Mormon and she said she's at a place in her life that she really needs the gospel! How cool?!

JESSICA
This week we met a girl on ODU named Jessica. She is WAYYYYYY prepared for the gospel. The first time we met her we gave her a Book of Mormon and set up another time to meet. When we showed up for the next lesson she had read through the Introduction and all the testimonies in the beginning of the book. She not only read it but highlighted parts she liked and wrote tons of notes and questions. She's really looking for guidance in her life right now and she's so excited to learn!

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT
This week I've been studying a lot about humility. I read this quote and it really stuck out to me.

"To be humble is to recognize gratefully your dependence on the Lord—to understand that you have constant need for His support. Humility is an acknowledgment that your talents and abilities are gifts from God. It is not a sign of weakness, timidity, or fear; it is an indication that you know where your true strength lies. You can be both HUMBLE and FEARLESS You can be both HUMBLE and COURAGEOUS" -True to the Faith

How can you become more humble? ;)

I love y'all so much!! Have a wonderful week! I'm so grateful for each of you!
